Team Building at Willow Park A low ropes course is situated on the Willow Park grounds, it allows working in an active, stimulating and challenging way towards achieving a wide variety of team goals. Our programmes are tailor-made and designed to develop your staff into a cohesive goal orientated team. Throughout the course activities are carried out in accordance to the needs of the participants and their workplace background, helping them to learn more about each other and to accept the cultural differences and stereotypes. Before “taking-on” each Team Building activity, the team must allow time for planning. The team decides on how much time is needed for planning. They then carry out the activity and afterwards the action that was taken by the team is discussed and analysed in detail.
