Organising any function, whether it be corporate or private is a “huge” task and responsibility upon your shoulders. At Willow Park we will help you to turn any function into an unforgettable experience for you and your guests alike.

Types of functions our venues can be utilised for:

Function Venues:

We host functions in any one of our venues, depending on your choice and the number of guests attending the function. The most frequently used function venue is the Willow Hall and it seats 180 guests in comfort, with an adjoining dance floor. The venue comprises: Separate Buffet Area, fully serviced bar (according to your specifications), dance floor and outside patio with private ablution facilities.

We have a list of preferred suppliers available to you, should you require help with finding:

o Music
o Florist – Flower arrangements
o Equipment hire / Decorations
o Draping

Willows Function Menu's:

We have a selection of 2 Function Menu’s to choose from, depending on your budget and favourite foods. Our Executive Chef is very flexible and will gladly assist you with the planning of your menu. Full Bar facilities are available according to your requests. We also offer a selection of delicious welcoming drinks, wines and sparkling wines for special occasions.

o Gold Function Menu

Photo Opportunities:

The beautiful picturesque gardens that surround the function venue, make a lovely backdrop for photographs.

Accommodation – Guest House & Guest Lodge:

We offer guests attending a function at Willow Park a special Bed / Breakfast rate. This also discourages guests from drinking and driving.
