The unique accommodation comprises of 8 fully equipped and comfortable tents that are situated around a crackling bonfire. After re-living the 18th - century mining trade for a day, you can sit back, relax and appreciate the South African star-lit skies.

A communal braai, kitchen facilities and ablution blocks are also available to guests.

 

Few things on earth have brought more pleasure, suffering, death and joy than the mineral GOLD. Since mankind can remember, Gold has played it's part in corrupting people and has kept science occupied for centuries trying to manufacture it.

A mineral so beautiful that even those scientists who usually see everything in black and white have given it the symbol AU, taking it from the Greek goddess of dawn, Aurora.
